Return the car with the same fuel level it was delivered. Otherwise a refuelling charge of up to 800 AED applies. All fees settled at car return.

You'll sign an agreement covering charges for the rental period — fines, Salik, fuel top-up, damages, etc. — settled upon return. We may issue a final invoice within 50 days of return; any uncovered charges are due within 10 days.

Weekly contracts returned during the first week are charged at the daily rate. Monthly contracts returned during the first month are charged at the weekly rate. Early termination without notice incurs a one-day rental charge.

A valid driving licence accepted in the UAE, your passport, and a credit card. Some countries also require an International Driving Permit — we'll let you know if yours does.

Yes — comprehensive insurance is included on every rental, from the first kilometre. Additional collision damage waivers are available at booking.

Late returns may incur additional charges. Just message us if you think you'll run over — we're flexible if you tell us in advance.
