Dubai airport car rental — common questions
- Can I collect a rental car at Dubai airport?
- Yes. We deliver to Dubai International (DXB) Terminals 1, 2 and 3 and to Al Maktoum International (DWC). Send us your flight number when you book and the car meets you at arrivals.
- Is airport delivery free?
- Yes. Delivery is free anywhere in Dubai, and that includes both airports. There is no airport surcharge and no premium-location fee.
- How quickly can you get a car to the airport?
- Usually within the hour of confirming your booking. If you give us your flight number in advance we track the arrival and time the handover to when you clear customs, so a delayed flight does not cost you the car.
- What do I need to bring to collect the car at the airport?
- A driving licence accepted in the UAE, your passport, and a credit card. Some nationalities also need an International Driving Permit — we will tell you before you book if yours does. The minimum age is 21 for most cars and 25 for supercars and high-performance models.
- Is insurance included on an airport rental?
- Yes. Comprehensive insurance is included on every rental from the first kilometre, at no extra cost.
- Can I return the car to the airport when I fly out?
- Yes. Tell us your departure terminal and time and we will collect the car from you there, at no extra cost anywhere in Dubai.
