Lease-to-own · Before you agree
Enquiry terms.
A clear first step.
Updated 3 October 2026
1. Your enquiry
Submitting the form asks LetsGo to check whether we can offer your requested car on lease-to-own and contact you with the outcome. Your budget is optional. It does not reserve a vehicle, guarantee eligibility or approval, create an obligation to pay, or promise an ownership transfer. No payment or documents are collected through the form.
2. Availability and eligibility
Requests are reviewed individually. LetsGo will let you know whether we can offer the requested car. A request may be declined; it does not guarantee vehicle availability or customer eligibility. If we can proceed, any proposal must identify the contracting provider and explain its requirements, documents and approval process. Rental listings elsewhere on this site do not establish lease-to-own availability.
3. Payment details to confirm
Before accepting an offer, obtain a written breakdown of:
- Upfront payment, refundable deposit and first payment due.
- Monthly payment, billing dates, number of payments and contract length.
- Any final purchase payment, mandatory fees and ownership transfer costs.
- Applicable VAT, total payable, variable charges and any funding charges.
- Deposit refund conditions and charges that may be deducted.
4. Ownership and purchase
The agreement must say who owns the car during the term, whether you have an option or obligation to purchase, the purchase amount, any deadline to exercise an option, and the conditions and process for transfer. Making rental payments alone does not establish ownership.
5. Inclusions and responsibilities
Confirm insurance coverage and excess, maintenance and servicing, registration, mileage limits, permitted use, replacement vehicles and breakdown support. Identify responsibility for fuel, tolls, fines, damage and other charges. Rental benefits advertised elsewhere do not automatically apply to a lease-to-own proposal.
6. Early exit, missed payments and accidents
Ask for written provisions covering cancellation, early settlement, payment delays, vehicle recovery, accidents and total loss. Confirm how each affects payments already made, the deposit, remaining liabilities and any purchase option. This page sets no penalties or recovery rights.
7. Your information
We use the contact details and preferences you submit to handle your enquiry and contact you about it. Campaign identifiers may accompany the enquiry to help measure its source. Please do not include identity documents, bank statements or payment details. Read our privacy policy for more information.
8. Questions
Contact LetsGo on +971 56 411 2228 or info@letsgocarrental.com to discuss an enquiry. Confirm the legal provider name, physical address and applicable terms on any written offer.
